My experience with Smart has been mostly positive. I guess my expectations are not too high for them or any interactive board. Basically, we need a digital screen with audio that easily accepts multiple device inputs and has a fairly standard teacher interface. The interactive component and related resources are great, but only a small piece of the utility we require. I honestly am not a huge fan of Smart, but I think they are at least as good as, if not superior to, the alternatives. Notebook is a bit clunky, but I haven’t had widespread Notebook software issues with SB’s since OS X 10.5.
