I can echo a LOT of what I’ve read. We piloted some SMARTBoards, not a lot of joy there. They could not be used with regular markers. Software was awful. We tried the touchscreen version over a big screen and had some success with our music department. Our art teachers rebelled against the overlay because it “wasn’t true” color wise. Also tried a couple Podium models but teachers hated the pens. Bottom line … we will never win over everyone.
